A NEW LIFE WITH GOD: WATER BAPTISM ON TRINITY SUNDAY

A NEW LIFE WITH GOD: WATER BAPTISM ON TRINITY SUNDAY

On May 30, a special event took place on the grounds of the Christian Mission "New Life." At the Christian Center "Awakening," 25 people were baptized in water.

Behind this number stand not just participants in a ceremony. Behind it stand 25 unique life stories, each marked by its own difficult journey.

Among those who took this important step were people who had once come to the Recovery Center, seeking a chance to start life anew. There were residents of the shelter for elderly people and persons with disabilities who had lost their homes, support systems, or the ability to cope with difficult circumstances on their own. There were also mothers who found refuge in the House of Mother and Child when faced with serious life challenges.

Each of them came to the mission carrying a story of pain, loss, struggle, or the search for a new beginning. For some, the first step was humanitarian assistance. For others, it was temporary shelter. For many, it was the support they could not find anywhere else.

Over the course of months - and for some, years - these individuals walked a path of restoration. They learned to trust again, rebuilt relationships with loved ones, discovered new goals, and regained their sense of dignity and hope for the future.

That is why this event was significant not only for the participants themselves but also for the entire mission team.

Real change does not happen in a single day.

Behind every such decision stands daily dedication, the support of a committed team, caring partners, and a long process of restoring human lives.

For many of these 25 people, this day was not the beginning of their story, but confirmation of the journey they had already traveled.

A journey from difficult life circumstances to a new chapter filled with hope, responsibility, and new opportunities.

Although every story remains unique, on this day they became part of one shared story - a story of transformation made possible through support, care, and time.
